Elopements
I love working with couples that are equal parts fun and light hearted, but rooted in deep connection. More than anything, I want our time to be equal parts fun and meaningful. My hope is to share some laughs and leave feeling like friends.
Whether it’s your story or the way you’ve arranged your wedding, I’m here for the couples and weddings that don’t quite fit a traditional mold of what getting married looks like. Sneaking off to mountains to elope, or are opting out of a white dress? I’m here for it!
What this doesn’t mean is unplanned or unprepared. But think more so, go with the flow, roll with the punches kinda of vibe. My favorite days to photograph aren’t the perfect ones, but the ones that are lovely and meaningful to you as a couple.

Mia and Chris are hands down the best decision you could make when it comes to photography. We had them for our engagement and wedding photos, and we are BEYOND obsessed. Not only are Mia and Chris amazing at their job, but they are such genuine people. My husband and I felt so comfortable with them the entire time, and we honestly felt more like friends with them versus “just photographers”. They have such a unique way of capturing your special moments, that it makes you fall in love again each time you look through your photos. If you’re looking for the perfect photographers, Mia and Chris are it!!!

Mia and Chris exceeded every expectation! We contacted them last minute, and they had our preferred elopement date free. We booked an engagement shoot not long after and then the elopement day less than a month later. They returned photos INSANELY fast, and the quality is amazing. If I had to to it over, I’d pick them every time. Cannot wait to continue our journey with Mia+Chris for all life’s adventures! You will not be disappointed!
Exceeded every expectation
The time of your session can completely change the look and the vibe of your photos. I recommend to avoid times between 10am - 4pm. We typically shoot sunrise between 7-9am. Sunset/ Golden hour sessions we start an hour before the sunset anywhere from 5-8pm depending on the time of year!
Do not stress about the weather leading up to your session, it is constantly changing and super unpredictable. We will continue to shoot unless there is crazy wind or thunderstorms. I always keep a few days a month open for rescheduling.
You'll receive a sneak peek of a few photos within 24 hours of your session (I know you're anxious to 'gram!). for all sessions, photos are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Wedding and Elopements have a turn around time of 4-6 weeks.
We use a simple online gallery system called PASS. All your photos will be uploaded to one simple gallery that has a app for easy access at all times. The photos will be saved in the gallery for 10 years. We always have multiple backups of all your photos just in case. The images in the gallery can be downloaded straight to your phone in a high resolution quality so you can print on your own!
You can expect to receive 75-100 final hand-edited images per hour of coverage! After your session, I'll remove any photos you wouldn't want or need (people blinking, blurry, etc) and edit & deliver the rest! don't worry, I won't withhold any images I think you'll want.
